Dwayne
K. Dowell is the founder of the firm. Dwayne is a Louisville native.
In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Dwayne is a
Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Internal Auditor. Dwayne has
over 20 years of experience, with 13 years in public accounting and 7
years in private industry as a Chief Financial Officer.
Dwayne graduated with an A.B. in Economics and Political Science from
Duke
University and a Masters of Business Administration from
Golden Gate
University with an emphasis in tax law. Mr. Dowell is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a Certified Intacct Consultant.
Mr. Dowell has been published in a national publication and has lectured locally to various professional organizations. Dwayne received an Athletic Scholarship and a Tax Scholarship from an International Accounting Firm.
Most recently, Dwayne has completed a Certificate Program entitled-
"Excellence in Corporate Governance" which was sponsered by Tulane
University School of Law and Bisk Education.
Professional
memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, the Kentucky Society of CPAs, the Association of Certified
Fraud Examiners, the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Association
of Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialists.
